Top 10 Fragrances of 2023

Cheers to upcoming new year!  But first, here's my Top 10 scents for 2023.  Are any of these in your rotation? Feel free to share your top 2023 scents in the comments.

1. Lattafa Nebras - A delectable amber vanilla fragrance with amazing performance and projection. Top notes are Red Berries and Mandarin Orange; middle notes are Vanilla, Cacao and Rose; base notes are Sugar, Tonka Bean, Amber and Musk.

2. Navitus Ambrosia Imperiale - The best launch of 2023 in my opinion. Top notes are Banana, Rum, Davana, Brazilian Orange and Ceylon Cinnamon; middle notes are Amberwood, Dates, Orchid and Jasmine; base notes are Saffron, Whipped Cream, Caramel, Vanilla, Benzoin and Musk.

3. Navitus Mahni Cassonade - A scent profile reminiscent of a vintage ice cream shoppe. Top notes are Ice cream, Vanilla, Cashmeran and Bergamot; middle notes are Toffee, Brown sugar and Amberwood; base notes are White Amber, Vanilla Caviar and Musk.

 

4. Paco Rabanne Pure XS - A unique, sultry fragrance, Pure Xs was first introduced by Paco Rabanne in 2018. As the perfume opens, the sweet note of vanilla and the floral note of ylang-ylang are complemented by the salty, buttery note of popcorn and the rich note of ambrette. The juicy note of peach combines with the note of orange blossom at the heart of the perfume.

5. Lancome Idole Nectar - An amber Vanilla featuring a beautiful popcorn note. Top notes are Grasse Rose, Rose and Turkish Rose; middle notes are Caramel and Popcorn; base note is Vanilla.

6. Theodoros Karotins Lemon Tart - The luscious, buttery crust releases its seductive scent. Its sensual heart is revealed through vanilla cream and fresh lemon juice while the rush of intensity, imparted by lemon zest, culminates the addictive power of Lemon Tart.

7. Dolce & Gabbana Devotion - Another amber, vanilla fragrance that gives vibes of an orange creamsicle. Top note is Candied Lemon; middle notes are Orange Blossom, Panacotta and Rum; base note is Vanilla.  Favorite release of 2023.

8. Carolina Herrera Good Girl Blush - A beautiful feminine floral. Top notes are Bergamot and Bitter Almond; middle notes are Peony and Ylang-Ylang; base notes are Vanilla and Coumarin.

9. Oakcha Love in Rome - A dupe for Valentino's Born in Roma but creamier.  Top Notes: Black Currant, Pink Pepper, Bergamot - Heart Notes: Jasmine Sambac, Jasmine, Jasmine Tea - Base Notes: Vanilla, Cashmere, Guaiac Wood

10. Cerchi Nell'Acqua Jolie - A gourmand scent centered on vanilla, powder, tonka notes, patchouli on the base, white musks and aldehydes
